I have this weird growth/sore thing above my right buttcheek(idk what the correct term is for it bare with me).Its been there for a few months I thought nothing of it and figured it was just a pimple or something.So last night me and my girl are foolin around and she hit the growth/sore and it was instant pain.I mean like I was screaming it hurt so bad.Now im thinking it may be an infection so im starting myself on Amoxicillin for a few days and see if the swelling goes down at all.I've done some research on it and all it lead to was STDs and Hemoriods Internal/External.Now STDs isn't possible because my girl friend are not really sexually active just fool around,and neither one of us has had sex before or outside our relationship.But I would seriously like a few inputs on what it may be.Thanks!

you may have a boil. Taking amoxicillin "for a few days" ??? "Putting yourself on Amoxicillin" ??? I did not think you had an MD after your name. You are playing with fire and are going to get burnt in ways you can't immagine giving yourself antibiotics without proper assessment or medical opinion.
