Is this a norrmal feeling in the penis?

Im circumcised, and i notice that whenever i scratch (gently) the head of my penis it hurts a bit (very minimal), its like its very sensitive. thats the reason why i dont scrub it. To call circumcised men, do you feel the same? And how do you clean yours thoroughly? To all uncut men, do you feel that also?

Cos before, i was uncut and i remember that whenever i touch the head, it hurts a bit. so i wasnt able to scrub it. I got circumcised when i was 12, and now im 20. It doesnt hurt when i touch it anymore but it does hurt a bit, when i scratch it or scrub it. is this normal?

I'm uncut, but I'd imagine that's normal. It makes sense that if you scratch the glans (penis head) that it'd hurt a little, and probably a little more so if one was uncircumcised. And as you indicate yourself, the glans becomes a little desensitized after being circumcised. Regardless, scratching it would cause an unpleasant sensation.

Cleaning it isn't hard. Don't scratch or scrub the head. Just wash it with water and mild soap like any other part of your body (unless you scratch and vigorously scrub the rest of your body). Gently rubbing the area to rinse away the soap, or using a soft cloth, is all that's necessary.
