Answers:

Ab exercises should do the trick !! There are several exercise that you can try. Lie on your back, use some sort matting/padding. Keep your lower back flat. You can do this by tilting your pelvic upwards.Place your hands behind your head, elbows out, tilt your chin towards the ceiling. Slowly lift your head and upper body. There is no need to lift yourself to a sitting position for this exercise. In addition, using the same body position, you can lift and turn to the right side then return to neutral position and lift to the left side. Another exercise requires the use of a med. exercise ball. Place your hands in the same position as if you were lying down. Keep your legs shoulder width apart, feet flat on the floor and repeat with your hands behind your head, chin tilted to the ceiling and lift your upper body. Of course, the gym has several machines that are designed for the abs and waist. Do NOT overdue it as you will be sore. Start your routine with 3 sets of twenty ab exercise. As you progress, you can place weight on your tummy. A flat weight is best or use something that won't roll off while your lifting your upper body. Since your slender, try to put some weight on but, it is not an excuse to eat fast foods etc. Don't skip meals. The best way to eat would be to have six small meals. Drink lots of water. Before starting any exercise program, contact your doctor to rule out any potential risks.
