Maturbating and releasing semen does not usually affect or reduce sperm count, because if you have a normal sexual drive, then you are producing atleast 2 million sperm each day, atleast until you start to age well into your 40's, although many men with reduced sperm count can still have children, it doesn't really matter how old, but enough sperm still matters. I believe that you are fine, don't really worry about it.
