I have recently seen a red spot on my penis near the testes. I have had no sexual encounters and i have quite bad acne. Is this just a regular spot like the ones on my face?

Thing is i havn't put anything near my "package" or shaved or went even close to anyone who has herpes or anything. I think i can see pus inside of it but i am not sure

Small blood-filled blisters often occur on the scrotal sac, they are painless, and harmless. It is not a sign of any disease but rather one of clothing, certain underwear predisposes you to this, as the testes, or the penis are chaffed or constricted. Don't worry. Do not open them as they bleed a lot....let the body reabsorb them naturally.
