My husband is experiencing some pain urinating after ending a ten day fast. His urine is also cloudy.?

Does anyone know why?

Throughout the fast, he was drinking large amounts of water, flavored with lemon or lime juice, and stevia. By about day seven, his urine when from looking "dehydrated" to being clear. There was no difficulty in urinating during the fast. He ended the fast going directly to solid foods, no bland or liquid diet first.

His urine is really concentrated with body wastes. He should slowly increase his intake of liquids - water, juices, and eat plain soups - especially vegetable broths for the first few days following his fast. Then he should slowly increase his intake of solid foods - again while drinking plenty of liquids.
