a resounding yes to that! every now and then i get an infection where one of my testies aches violently as though iv'e had a size 12 embeded in it.. it turns out that it's the snipped tube that swells and causes the pain.. antibiotics sort it.. still wouldn't change a thing though, worth the pain to me...
