Trying to Lose Weight?

Ill get to the point. I am a teenager who is almost 14 and this summer I want to lose weight. I am only about 5''2 and weight over 130 pounds and I am fat. Being fat is really hard for me because of constant nagging from my parents to lose weight. I have been fat for the last 5 years and I hate it. It is the worst thing about me. I am planning on cutting out sugary foods and fatty foods and start eating healthy salads and stuff. I am also going to be jogging for 10 minutes daily and going to the local pool for an hour. I do not want to life any weights at all until I grow a bit taller because I have grown or gone through puberty yet maybe I wil start soon. Can someone help and give me some good ideas for healthy foods and some easy to do home exserises and pool exsersises it wil be apprecitated.
