How often should I lift weights?!


Question:

How often should I lift weights?

When lifting weights, is it ok to work the same muscles two days in a row if those muscles don't feel sore?

I was always told you're supposed to have a day of rest in between to let muscles heal, but what if they aren't sore the day after working out?


Answers:

when your muscles feel sore that means that they are building up muscle. so dont work them out to the point where they hurt really bad but lifting when theyre sore will only build more muscle
