Taking too long to ejaculate?

So I am in my late 20's. I remember in my teens to mid 20's, I had to make an effort to not ejaculate too soon when having sex so my girlfriend could orgasm. I would stop moving for a few seconds or just keep it in deep to not stimulate the head as much. Now It takes forever. Sometimes I quit because I am too exhausted. Please note that I have no problem getting an erection it just takes too long to finish. Anyone have the same problem? Advice?

i have this problem sometimes, its weird. its just something that comes with age i think, but at a different age for everyone, im only 22 and can get it up JUST FINE,lol but its often hard to finish. Are you on any kind of medication. i think that is part of my problem, i just recently started taking paxil for anxiety and now i barely even have any sex drive at all. its been three weeks and ive only masterbated once, and havent even had sex. im with someone too. the weird thing is that i dont even care.
