I am a male and i have inverted nipples everytime i do push ups and exersize they come out i am 13 and also when it is cold they come out besides that they are inverted what is the cause of this

In men ti.ts & nipples are secundary and unimportant sexual characteristics, with glands atrophied even. So their shape and size become useless or just a simple aesthetic issue only. Your problem is very common among teenagers, despite with the age often the nipples come out by themselves!
