Is there anyway a 16 year old can decrease the time taken to grow a beard?

hey, im 16 and pretty much have stubble and a light beard now anyway.my friend jack wants to know if theres anyway he can accelerate the process? I told him its impossible ! am i right?

shave
the more you shave hair, the better it will grow.
sounds weird, but works for me
