What causes a burning/urination after masturbation?
I am positive I have no STD's, but sometimes when jack off I get a burning sensation and an urge to urinate, even if I don't really have to piss. Ever heard of this?

It just is a common urinary infection and can involve the simple urethra or the prostate, the bladder.... etc. Usually it evolves in some days by itself. Nowadays, there are some specific antibiotic that in a single dose (tablet) can heal stronger infection.
