This is not about me, I'm a female, but I got a question about my male friend wh!

Question:

This is not about me, I'm a female, but I got a question about my male friend who thinks he has?

Hormone Imbalance. I read online that it's ONLY for women. Is this true? He said it's because his voice is getting softer....his testicles are shrinking, he's not growing facial, or armpit hair anymore and he said his 'breast' are growing and are sore. Now I know this can be Gender Identity Disorder. But I don't think it's possible for a guy to just all of a sudden get 38C boobs. He said he also wears womens underwear and he sweats a lot so he doesn't like to get them sweaty so he wears pads....wouldn't the pads hurt his penis? I really don't believe him, because he's REALLY dramatic and he's ALWAYS finding a way to get noticed. He doesn't sound like a girl and he doesn't act like a girl. Also, I'm 17 and I'm possibly pregnant (two take home test came out positive.) I told him this and he got upset....saying I was bragging! He's my (was) best friend, I thought he should know I may be pregnant. Can someone help me here, is it possible? And is it possible for testicles to shrink?

Okay, I know he may or may not have it! But everytime I try to talk to him about it, I deny it because he's not showing A LOT of signs. But why would he get mad/jealous over my pregnancy? He told me he hated me and to go to hell....I really don't do much to him. And is it possible for him to have mood swings like girls?

LET ME MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR. MY BEST FRIEND IS BISEXUAL! DO NOT START RACIAL REMARKS. I WILL HAVE YOU REPORTED.

And if you're homophobic, that's JUST as bad.

Answers:

Ok, as soon as you said he wears women's underwear and wears pads, you made it clear that he wants to be a woman. That has nothing to do with breast growth, sweating, facial hair, etc. If he REALLY has these issues (which I'm doubting because you said he's really over dramatic and attention-seeking) then he should go see his doctor and get some blood work.
