Costochondritis...?!

Costochondritis...?
I'm a male and have noticed a lump on my sternum about an inch and a half in length. There really is no pain in the area until I move a certain way, usually when I twist or bend over. I understand any lump warrants a doctor's visit, but this didn't seem to fit costochondritis. Help anyone?

the only thing i can say is see the doctor...you could have something twisted in there or a hernia or something silly...
