Ok im 14 years old and everytime i do my "buisness' down there i see 2 pimples(u know pimples that u see on peoples face when they have acne. normal pimples) one on the bottom and one on the side. I sometimes masturbate with some kind of hand lotion. could that be the reason why i have pimples down there. i heard it clogs up your pores down there when u dont clean up the lotion of your penis . i have never had sex never even kissed a girl on her lips. just the cheek. im pretty sure my friends ( boys and girls are clean) i hope its not an std. PLEASE TELL ME WAT IT IS.I HEAR MOST GUYS HAVE IT TOO.

How long have you had it? If you've had it for a long time then it might not be a pimple, which never really happen on the penis anyway. In any case if you haven't had sex and no one else has touched you there, it can't be an STD. A clogged pore maybe, but that's not necessarily a pimple.
Most lotions won't clog pores as they're supposed to keep the skin supple and prevent excessive drying, unless you're using one that's particularly "greasy." Try not using lotion on the area and hold back on masturbating for a little while. When you take a shower, make sure you wash the area with soap and water and rinse away any residual soap (sometimes that can cause irritations and such). It should clear up on its own in a week or two if it's a clogged pore or even a pimple.
If it doesn't, it might be a good idea to see a doctor.
