I need 2 lose weight over the summer!?! Can some1 give tips?

Ok school just got out and i want 2 look better 4 next year!!! Mostly because the girl i like just ended with the guy she was with and i can make my move now!! Well i'm about 2 turn 16 years old and i'm 5'8" and i'm about 194 pounds!!! My gut really isn't the problem its more of my chest... i have what you can call "man boobs." So i need ways 2 lose weight and these man boobs, so i can't do gyms and i have no weights 2 work out with!!! So i'm lost.... can some1 help me out and tell me easy ways 2 lose weight....... and "man boobs"... THANK YOU!! cya

I would recommend you buy some weights, since they'll help you reach your goal faster. Try getting some 10 or 15 pound ones. You can find them in almost any retail store (like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, etc.) and they're pretty cheap. If you can't get weights, then I would suggest doing as many push-ups as you can everyday. Running and walking would also help. Also, eat less food with sugar, since that might be the main cause of the issue. You'll need to go on a diet, and your goal should be to take in less calories than you normally do. I hate broccoli, but I still eat it for lunch. Try eating more protein, like chicken, and eating less junk food.

You're not that overweight, and you probably have around 3 months, I think you can reach your goal if you take my advice and workout everyday. Good luck!! I'm rooting for you!! =P
