I lift and run 5 days a week?!


Question:

I lift and run 5 days a week?

yea im 6' and i just turned 16 i weight 161 and i lift alot and i lift 5 days a week and i also run 2-4 miles every other day. I can do 17 chin ups and 11 pullups should i gain more weight eventhough i am very fit for my bodysize

Don't worry about it. You'll "bulk up" into college. Be careful, though... my husband played football in highschool and wanted to be "big." He lifted weights like mad and ate like a horse. He was in great shape. Then, he went to college, quit exercising, and thought he could continue to eat like that. He gained about 30 pounds that took a long time to come off.

My point: Eat and exercise in moderation and do things that you can continue for a lifetime.
