I'm 13 and the left side of my penis shaft hurts.?
There are little bumps on the left side of my penis shaft and on the bottom, they are skin colored and I'm not sure if that is what is causing the pain or not also, there are little whitish-colored bumps all over my testes. Finally, on the inside-bottom of my penis skin is a red place that kind of burns when it is touched. It might be worth noting that none of these things started occuring until I started masturbating. Can anyone help?
