That's a lot to ask for in 4 1/2 months. The cardio regime is a good idea.. but you are gong to bust a nut diong all that swimming as well as cycling etc.. with little extra benefit in my opinion (and I am a swimmer). The cardio workout needs to be 45 minutes... at least. For men, rowing is the best since it involves more muslce groups. The more muscle groups you involve, the more calories you burn, as a general rule. I suggest you do rowing every day for 45 minutes and do it in the morning so you are waking up your metabolism early.

Swimming is good to add in say 2 - 3 times a week because your body gets used to the punishment you are giving it.. on those days do swimming in the morning and rowing in the afternoon... do like at least 1 - 1.5 hours of swimming (I do 3.5 km of breastroke twice a week).

Now, if you really want to burn the beast, you need to pump iron.. do lunges squats, bent over rows and deadlifts.. these use large muscle groups so burn lots of calories and strengthen your core. ... building muscle increases the fat burn because maintaining muscle uses even more energy.

As for teh ABS, this is important but wont burn fat on your belly per-say. It will however strengthen your guts and thereby improve your posture. As the ABS are small muscle groups doing abs wont burn much calories.. so do it three times a week.

Good luck. Stay away from the pizza bar and the beer.
