Teenage penis size envy in locker room?

I am almost sixteen and my penis is about 8 inches long hard. Soft it hangs about 5 inches, and it is thick and looks huge. I work out at my local Y and when I shower afterward I notice the looks from other guys--- they look envious of me or something. Some are even aroused. How should I interpret this?
