Hard sensitive spot on the under side of my penis?
just a little under the head on the under side of my penis, very sensitive sexually i.e. if i rub it I get hard + horny instantly. Just curious as to what it actually is.

I'm not too sure what it is, but it sounds like it could be the frenulum, which in an uncircumcised penis kind of tethers the foreskin to the glans (penis head). In a circumcised guy, sometimes the frenulum is completely removed but most of the time it's only partially removed, so all that remains is a kind of hard spot right under the glans.
The frenulum is supposedly really sensitive and responsive to touch, so what you describe sounds like the remains of one. See the link for more info and whether or not that's what it is.
