im 17 and i have not measured but my member is pretty big and thick (not trying to be conceited or anything) but i have hispanic and white origin. when does the penis usually stop growing? for women what is too big?

actually yes i did read his post but this question is in all seriousness and i hope none of you take it as being conceited because i would really like to know.
