Why does my back hurt please help me i am in so much pain?

i am 13 years old
weigh 165
height 5ft4

i caught for my baseball team first time in 2 years is it, because of that......... my back hurts so bad i am up 4:31 in the moring with pain

Go to the doctors, you may have slipped a disc, that is very very painful!
