well im 15 and want to get circumsized and i was wondering if anyone who was gotten circumsized in their teen years could tell me what to expect and how they did it or if u were asleep

I have a friend who did it for looks (which he now regrets) but from his experience he said the surgery itself doesn't hurt. That's because unlike newborns you don't go through the following since you can be put asleep.

Other than that, as an uncircumcised guy you have the advantage of being able to choose, so be happy of that. Make sure you research the risks and negative effects, though, because once you go through it and you cannot go back. Such risks include loss of sensitivity/pleasure (especially if you don't have a problem with the foreskin) and more difficulty with masturbation (oddly enough that's how it was promoted in the USA and we are the last advanced nation that does it alot; although the rates are falling since in some states it's as low as 14% nowadays...).
