Hello, lately it has been very warm (80+ and humidity) My testicles hang pretty low, of course because when they are warm the go down, cold go up. But I'm getting an uncomfortable feeling when they are hanging from the heat like they are pulling on the cord too much. When they are in the "up" position there are no problems. Please help. Is this a medical condition?

It may be varicocele, u need check up. Try giving some support by wearing elastic u/w.
