I have a small rash on the bottom of my penis, I am a virgin so I don't know what it could be?

Could be a heat rash. Also, I am a nurse and only letting you know this from a medical stand point, but if you have masturbated lately, you possibly could have had something on your hands (didn't wash beforehand) that could have irritated your penis. Does the rash burn, itch, ooze..etc? Or, you could have touched it without waching your hands before you used the bathroom...any number of things...Good Luck
