1,000 Sit-Ups in Sets=Six Pack?
Right now I am doing 10sets of 100reps of sit-ups a day. I am also eating right. Mind you I weigh 170lbs and am 6 foot tall and have 17% body fat and I am 17 years old. Is this program enough and how long will it take me to get a six-pack if I continue this program?

if you do crunchs where your holding your legs straight and six inches of the ground its a better excersise. 1 of those probably equals about 3 sit ups, so it would take alot less time.
