Pearly Penile Papules?!

Question:

Pearly Penile Papules?

I don't know about anybody else, but I like to explore my man's body from head to toe. So I's like exploring his penis and realize that he got white bumps on the base of his shaft (below tip area). So I asked hime about it and he says the doctors say the they are harmless and not sexually transmitted so he is ok. I don't think he knows what it is and I don't think he intends to find out anything further so II deceided to surf the net and the closest thing I found to his problem is what is known as Pearly Penile Papules. Does he have this?

Answers:

Pearly penile papules are usually around the rim of the glans or head of the penis. They're harmless and can't be trasmitted. If they're on the shaft, they're sabeceous glands or hair follicles, which produce natural oils and allow hairs to grow, respectively.
