Like if your cell phone vibrates a lot near there or like jackhammering for example

Vibration of high frequency can damage tissue. Vibration of cells can produce excessive heat. It can damage nerve cells at somewhat lower cycles.
Normally the vibrations we contact are of the lower cyclic range; but some vibrators do reach the high speed vibration level that over time damage some nerve tissue.
Bottom line, if the vibration causes excessive heat, it can do damage over time.
