Can Hydrogen Peroxide be used as mouth wash?!


Question:

Can Hydrogen Peroxide be used as mouth wash?

My parents say it's a poinson and is for external use only. But I'm not sure if they're right. Should it be mixed w/ anything before I start gargling it?


Answers:

Dilute it with water at least 50%, don't leave it in your mouth for more than 20 seconds. And DON'T SWALLOW.

Don't use it this way more than once per day.
