What will get rid of my belly faster than anything?

I dont have much of one or much of a chest but over the past couple years I have quit playin ball thanks to lazy friends and I have been working 3rd shift and sleepin all day. ANY GREAT ADVICE?

cmira4's answer is wrong but I wish it would be right.
You cannot lose 52 pounds by just brisk walking 30 minutes 3-4 times a week as cmira4 said.
A pound is 3,500 calories so to lose a pound a week, you would have to exercise for 500 calories every day (500 x 7 = 3,500), Let’s say I brisk walk extremelly fast (4mph) for 30 minutes, then I will cover 2 miles and spend about 160 calories (80/mile for my weight) and even if I do it 4 times a week, I will just have spend 640 calories, not the 3,500 needed to lose a pound!
So cmira4, it’s not 30 minutes 3-4 times a week, it’s really 44 miles so like 10 miles 4 times a week (3 and a half hours of walking..).


To answer your question:

The fat on your belly is just the stored calories you ate but did not used.
Now you have to use those calories and not eat them.
You have to eat less that what you need so your body will turn to your fat reserve for a source of energy...and you will lose your belly...fat.

You have to start moving around more. If your lazy friends quit playing balls, find some new activity or other people like you, just looking for non-lazy people to play.

Or just go for a run by yourself...every day...

Do not blame the laziness of other people as an excuse for you not to exercise...get on with it and take charge.
