I'm 16, and I'm 5inch 7, Will I still gain height?
I really really want to reach atleast 6inches, but I don't know how to gain more height. my classmates are already taller than me. please help. I'm actually taking cherifer with growth chorella, does it really work?
Answers:
At your age you're unlikely to grow much more, probably an inch or two (almost certainly not 6 inches). Some guys will continue to grow into their early 20s, and it's not unheard of some guys going through a sort of "second growth spurt" in their mid-20s, but this is quite uncommon.
You shouldn't really worry about your height though. It's well in the average range of like 5'5" to 5'9".
