What are some good pills to get to gain weight?

My boyfriend is wanting to gain weight, he is 6'1 and weighs 140.. he eats all the time, but he just does not gain. We both on a budget and cant afford to buy pills that cost 50 bucks. and the shake stuff made his stomach upset. Does anyone have any good ideas on how gain weight and make it affordable..
