Is hair fall permanent?!
Question:
Is hair fall permanent?
I changed my location recently. My hairs are falling and have become very weak. I want to know, if this hair fall is temporary or permanent? What I mean is that if I change my location and if the water and climate suits my hair, would I get back my original hair-health back?
Please advice. I'm worried.
