Be very careful, especially if it doesn't pain or itch--it could be syphilis, and that'd be called a "CHANCRE". It doesn't almost any symptoms initially, but then returns with devastating consequences (secondary & tertiary syphilis). Very simple tests r there like the venereal diseases laboratory test (VDRL).
Don't delay or take it lightly.
