Question about men's dress shirts' measurements.....?

I need to buy a shirt. I saw one that said 15 1/2, 32, 33. I know that 15 1/2 refers to the neck size. what do the other numbers refer to?

Answers:

The sleeve length is measured by holding the arm straight out to the side and then bending up at the elbow at a 90 degree angle. Measure from the neck bone at the top of the spine to the point of the elbow and then to the point of the wristbone. This will give you your sleeve length.
The "32-33" or "34-35" numbers mean the sleeve length is adjustable a little bit. Look on the cuff and you will see two buttons side by side. The first button (the one that makes the cuff looser) will allow the sleeve to fall a little longer. The second button (which makes the cuff tighter) will keep the sleeve a little shorter.
