Okay so I REALLY like this guy, let's call him Bob (not his real name) Bob and I have been in the same class ever since kindergarden and you are now in 7th grade. Bob liked you in 4th grade but got a girlfriend in 6th grade who he soon brokeup with, ever since the break up Bob has been talking to you a lot more. You have always been just friends but now he talks a lot more then before the break up. He plays with your hair on the bus, steals your bag, always tells you his funny jokes, continualy asks you to play mercy/thumb-war/arm wrestle, and he grabbed you around the waist once. Do you guys think he likes me? If you liked a girl would you do these things to her? If you do think he likes me what should I do, I REALLY like him, I am too embarressed that it will ruin the friendship if I tell him....

But the problem is, she is kind of shy when it comes to the dating stuff so I know if he didn't like me that in the end whenever we saw eachother we would be SO akward even if we did try to still be friends.

It is a possibility that he likes you and thats his way of letting you know he has feelings for you.
Or it could just be he is having fun with you and sees you as a good friend.
Either way I think you could talk to him and ask him if he seriously likes you and wants to be in a relationship, and if not to continue being friends.
