I just wondered if he has an anatomical problem or what? You cannot see his penis unless it is erect. He has a pretty big erection. When he is not erect, his penis is buried inside his testicles. Is this normal? He is about 50 lbs over weight.

a lot of overweight men have that problem. if he lost the weight it would probably look normal
