Can cracking your back effect your height?
Hi, i'm 16 about 5'11" and lately i've been cracking my back, and i was wondering could this have any effects on my height that could make me shorter? also i've noticed that near the ending of my spine a larger bone seems to be developing overtime primarily from cracking my back
could anyone answer? thanks

No way man. I use to go to a chiropractor for my back and get it cracked. (adjusted) I would see new born babies having their backs adjusted all the time. You can't control how tall you are going to be in life. The larger bone in your lumbar part of your back I can't explain.
