Im kind of new to sleeping nude, could that affect my ability to pee?

I slept nude last nigh and couldnt fall asleep cuz, i am new to it. I was sleeping on my stomach. (and my penis was erected the whole night.) so could that be the reason why i sting after i pee the next day?

What do you think you did when you were in uterp? It's all natural hon. if it strung while you whized the next day, then you must have an infection. did you know that men too can have yeast infections. check it under a black light, or see your doc if it doesn't feel normal in a day or two.
