Answers:

I'm 6'4".

I was about 5'8" when I was almost 15 and was 5'10" when I graduated high school. I reached my current height at the age of 21.

I disagree about how weight training stunts one's growth. It is simply a myth. How does he know what height he's supposed to be??? Your height is primarily determined by your genetics.

Weight training promotes muscle growth, assists in fat loss, increases strength, and boosts metabolism. It also allows teens to grow up with stronger muscles and bones, along with a healthy lifestyle. It certainly benefits any other sport they engage in. Of course, this is all dependent on proper training and supervision.

As for proof, Shaquille O'Neil weight-trained in his early teens and he's well over six feet tall.
