Why does my penis look weird??

i got a circumcision 3 days ago, and im 17. my penis looks pruney, and where the pee is supposed to come out, it looks dark red and the penis is bruised. and on the tip of the head, there yellow stuff, and also, yellow liquid comes out every once in a while even after i dry it, and its not pee. is this normal??

Uhm...sounds like a urinary tract infection to me...go to the doctor.
