Can you have pores above your penis?
I have little red dots above my penis where some of my pubic hair is. I'm 15 and not all of my pubic hair has grown yet, and it looks like little hair is coming out these red dots. Are they pores?
Or something more serious? There not directly on my penis or anything, just in the pubic hair area.

Those sound like hair follicles and thus not serious. If you haven't had sex then it's not an STD, and if it's not an STD, you shouldn't really worry too much.
If the red spots hurt or something, then it might be worth it to see a doctor, but otherwise, it's probably nothing major.
