Good Pre-Game Meal?!

Good Pre-Game Meal?

I have a double header in b'ball for the next 4 or 5 weeks and always wear out any meal that will help? Also any good workout thing that might help me get in shape. I allready run 1 mile a day except for game day.


Answers:

firstly i'd avoid eating meat within a day of your game because it stays in your system longer and weighs you down. i'd say pasta because the carbs give you energy and watermelon between games...it rehydrates and reenergizes very well and isnt too heavy. I'd say bike riding would be a great ork-out to build up stamina and leg strength. Swimming is arguably the best work-out you can do b/c it uses almost all of your muscles, but once again no swimming before games that goes for any sport.
