Workout myth?
Whenever I lift weights, it's at the end of the day and I'm tired, so I drink energy drinks such as Monster energy drink. I also drink some milk mixed with protein powder, anyway my friend says that doing so (drinking protein milk and Monster energy) isn't good for you and can cause you to actually workout less,and feel sick, this true?

Milk and Protein good Monster not so much..Monster raises the metabolism so the milk and protien are going to burn off instead of repair muscle tissue
