Additional Details

shoulda been more specific, i've been eating usualy 2 meals a day and replacing one with a whey protien shake, drink it after i work out, also have been watching what i eat come out to like 1500 calories a day, sometimes less. ive been noticing my stomach and face getting noticably smaller but im still at 245. is it just staying there from muscle being build up?

Answers:

make sure you eat 3 healthy meals, stick to your projected calorie intake. For some of us it's very hard to control our weight. You may need to keep doing what your doing for a little bit long just over a month is not really long enough to see and significant results in your hard work.. Keep up the good work and good luck!

Give it a little bit of time, and yes a healthy shake after working out should work out fine. 1500 calories is not enough though. For me i'm 26 M, i'm looking at 2800 to stay healthy.

If your shorting yourself calories, it will trigger a natural reflex where your stomach starts storing more fat because it is telling itself "wait a minute! This isn't enough, store it!"
