All men who ejaculate are fertile?
I have this doubt becoz......i came across a friend of me, who said that he made a sperm analysis just becoz he thinks all ejaculating men are not fertile.
Is this true?

what u all probably mean is that not all ejaculating men are fertile.
and this is true.
ejaculation has little to do with fertility.in order to be fertile, ur sperm has to be alive, vital, and be able to propel itself and survive under certain conditions (like in a woman) for a definite amount of time (standard is about 24h)
