It was taken without my consent. Does anyone know how I can get it back?

You can not "get your foreskin back" but you can get the next best thing by putting tension on the skin of your penis "tissue expansion" will create a replacement of sorts. It will not have the 240 feet of nerves and more than 20,000 specialized nerve endings that were robbed from you, more nerve endings than you have in all ten of your finger tips put together.
With proper expansion you will grow both the outer skin layer and the inner (mucosal) layer, you glans will soften and get back much of its sensitivity. This procedure will take dedication and commitment, it will be a slow process usually two years or more, depending on how tight you were mutilated and your age. For me, being tightly cut and 57 years old, I am most likely looking at a five year process, but I am going to do it because it will be worth it.
