Is it ok to grip my penis tightly before ejaculating?
When I masturbate, I will grip my penis and squeeze it right before I feel like I'm about to ejaculate....I'll hold it for like 5 - 10 seconds, then release. Holding back my semen and releasing it like that makes it feel so much better when it shoots out, but is it safe for me to do that? I know if you hold back urinating alot, you can get a bladder infection....but what about holding back my semen??
